Lara Heppell - Imbolc Workshop

Join our guest facilitator Lara Heppell, an experienced Yoga teacher, Somatic movement practitioner and womens health guru, to celebrate Imbolc together.  Join us on Thursday 2nd February 2023  at 7 - 9pm for this special event at Dragonfly Wellness.

This will be a creative session where we'll explore through movement and shared creative practice ways to connect into the seeds of change. Through deep presence and inner connection, we will begin to weave together the different threads currently guiding us in our lives, beginning to tease out and notice what wants to be known, what wants to be felt and expressed in our lives right now. 

This workshop invites you into a shared space of community and belonging, a great way to enter into this time of Imbolc together through shared intention, open to possibility. The beauty of the collective is the mirror we can provide for each other that often allows for the unseen to be seen, gives clarity to the mystery.
