About the event
We will be hold 2 sessions 1pm & 2pm Please select your prefered time when booking.
We will be join by River from The Nest CIC to chat and share what his amazing organization has to offer.
And then sharing the magic of a Soma Breathwork session with Laura, to relax, clear the mind, re energise, boost the immune system and help heal the body. A non verbal way to process and clear energy!
All proceeds will be shared between both Community Interest Companies to provide support back into the community.
Our centre is inclusive and we welcome all men, trans-masc, non binary & gender non comforming people to this event.
