Join us on this eveing as Laura & Ren come together once again to guide you through a journey or Soma Breath & deep sound immersion, to allow you to rest & connect inwards, in order for your body to heal & restore, as well as raising your vibrational energy in our beautiful safe space.

We have a 24hr cancellation policy.

By booking onto this event you confirm that:

• I am over 16 years old or have parents consent.

• I am not less than 3 months pregnant.

• I have not had any metal implants fitted within the last year.

• I have not had an operations within the last 3 months.

• I do not have seizures and do not knowingly have any other condition which is triggered by sound.

• I am not currently being treated for schizophrenia, paranoid schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or any other serious mental health condition.

• I will not arrive at the session under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• I agree that if I have any serious medical condition, physical or mental, any special need or change in circumstances then I will communicate/update this with my practitioners before the day of the session in order to discuss further.

• I understand that the sound relaxation sessions may have a therapeutic effect but are not a substitute for any orthodox or holistic treatment I am receiving at present and/or medication I am taking at present.

BREATH WORK

• I am over the age of 12yrs with my parents concent

• I will declare any known serious heart or lung condition/disease, epilepsy and pregancy to my facilatator.
