Here at Dragonfly Wellness UK, we are passionate about raising the vibrations and sharing positivity to unleash limitless potential. Now, as the new year has begun many of us start to think about making positive changes in our lives for personal development and growth. However, what we are searching for often comes from directly within, and can be unlocked simply by considering how we view the world around us, by creating a positive mindset and being part of a supportive community. All of which will allow us to create a better ‘bounce back’ ability.


In the cold winter months, it can be harder to ‘bounce back’, to be resilient, especially in the current climate when trying times are so prevalent for so many, and being resilient won't make problems go away. But, it can give us the ability to see past them, find enjoyment in the moment, in life and handle stress well whilst also acknowledging the situation. If we can learn from experiences, and move forward positively then our resilience is supported. We can help ourselves simply by taking good care of ourselves and finding gratitude for even the simplest of moments. If we can do this, even in the darkest of times, we can ‘bounce back’ from adversity quicker and stronger.
