Connect heart to beat to be lead to altered states of conciousness, expaning the mind, exploring thought from different perspectives and gaining insight.

Join us in this gathering to connect with yourself and each other. 

Through the power of rhythm, in a heart lead setting, we have the power to calm the nervous system and improve over all wellbeing. 

This will be a co facilited event and additonal drums for those who do not have one, feel free to bring your own instument!
