Full Moon Gathering- November

Creating a space of comfort and grounding, the Taurus full moon gives us the opportunity to tap into simple sensory connection and our Full Moon Gathering will provide exactly that. 

Starting with mindful meditation and self nurturing, we will embark on connecting with our senses through touch and scent with some self-massage using essential oils. Zara and Ren will invite you to extending this touch into larger gestured motion and eventually some connecting flow movement as we let our body speak and lead the way.

Moving into Soma Breathwork with Laura, you will be guided through a session designed to free your mind and actively boost your immune system, awakening your very own healing powers through the magic & power of your own breath.  Give yourself this moment to connect inwards and press pause on life itself. 

Smoothly transitioning into an immersive Drum Journey with Ren, entering an Altered State of Consciousness your mind continuing with predominant brainwave states of Alpha and Theta, your subconscious is creating a space of expansion and reverie, like a yoga workout for the mind, allowing for higher insight and connection to self, through understanding and fresh perspective.
