We invite you to come and join our introductory evening and to find out more about EFT and learn about a new technique to add to your wellness tool kit! 

Our bodies hold the emotions we feel, for example if we feel low our bodies can feel heavy & lethargic.  We have the power within us to change this and to change our energy, through movement, tapping & working to support our maridian flow allowing us to change our emotional state. 

This session is on a sliding scale, pay what you can.
