About the event
We will be join by River from The Nest CIC to chat and share what his amazing organization has to offer.
And then sharing the magic of a Soma Breathwork session with Laura, to relax, clear the mind, re energise, boost the immune system and help heal the body. A non verbal way to process and clear energy!
All proceeds will be shared between both Community Interest Companies to give back to the community.
