Join Katie for a mindful and supportive Pilates class in a small-group setting, designed to help you build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection with your body. Using Pilates-based principles, we’ll move through exercises that engage the whole body—combining breath, deep postural alignment, and stability to develop strength and mobility, along with all the benefits of mindful movement. This class is inclusive and adaptable—welcoming all bodies and all levels.
